OUR RAICILLA PECHUGA agave distillate is a seasonal release made in 250 liter batches.

Raicilla Pechuga ingredients are added to a 2nd distillate then distilled a 3rd time with turkey breast. The ingredients will vary depending on the season as we source everything locally from the town of La Estancia de Landeros. The turkey is raised on our neighbor's farm and all around town we gather locally grown fruit, nuts, and seeds. Ingredients include roasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, fresh hibiscus, local flowers, orange peel, lima peel, plum, tejocote and quince.
